At ZEN.COM, we're looking for an experienced Business Development Director to drive growth across our Digital Assets & Gaming verticals. This role is ideal for a commercial leader with a strong background in payments, fintech and high-risk industries, who enjoys building strategic partnerships and winning enterprise clients.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development within FinTech, Payments or Banking.
- Strong background in Digital Assets, Crypto, Gaming, Forex or Digital Media.
- In-depth knowledge of card acquiring, payment orchestration and alternative payment methods.
- Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements with C-level stakeholders.
- An established network among enterprise merchants, payment providers and industry partners.
- Excellent communication, presentation and relationship management skills.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding commercial targets.
- Fluent English and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the Digital Assets & Gaming verticals.
- Identify new business opportunities, target markets and revenue streams.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of enterprise merchants and strategic partners.
- Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and solution design to negotiations and contract execution.
- Achieve revenue, Gross Profit and processing volume targets.
- Grow existing merchant relationships by increasing wallet share and promoting additional ZEN products.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and regulatory developments.
