OneChronos is building the bazaar for agentic systems.
We’re starting in capital markets, where our matching markets routinely account for more than 1% of notional U.S. equity market volume. By bringing together auction theory, distributed systems, artificial intelligence, and deep market structure expertise, we help humans and agents transact more efficiently, improve how value is allocated, and, ultimately, increase global GDP.
We are hiring for our Business Development team in London to support demand generation, market education, and commercial growth across OneChronos' Equities business, with scope extending into FX and potential to expand into additional asset classes over time. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role at a growing startup focused on shaping how the market understands OneChronos, building buy-side engagement and creating internal champions that can be activated through sell-side relationships.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Business development in electronic markets is evolving fast, driven by the pace of innovation in execution technology, market structure, and data. The practitioners who thrive at the frontier of that evolution are the ones who can engage on substance, who understand the technology deeply enough to have a genuine point of view, and who can translate that into commercial momentum. This is that role, at a company operating at the forefront of how markets match.

- Become the expert in OneChronos’ market structure and how our products serve customer execution needs—engaging sophisticated market participants on execution quality, liquidity formation, auction mechanisms, and trading workflows at a depth that earns credibility with quantitative and electronic trading teams.
- Make the case with data: query execution datasets, leverage statistics, identify patterns in market interest, and turn complex market structure into clear, data-driven narratives that land with a range of audiences.
- Drive market-facing content and commercial narratives, feeding market signal back into the product.
- Own commercial efforts across Equities and FX, engaging brokers, liquidity providers, electronic trading teams, and execution desks.
