About the Role

We're looking for a Business Development Executive to join our B2B Sales team, Virgin Incentives on a 12 month fixed term contract (covering maternity).

The B2B/Sales team brings extraordinary incentives to the corporate world, showcasing the very best of what the Virgin family has to offer through employee rewards. We own this revenue stream and drive growth by providing clients with outstanding service, a tireless work ethic and a commitment to welcoming new businesses on board in the best possible way.

We are looking for a highly self-motivated salesperson to join our growing and ambitious team, who work hard and have a lot of fun doing so!

We are looking for someone who is passionate, target-driven, and confident in both creating a new lead pipeline as well as closing sales.

We have an amazing brand and offer fun and memorable rewards worth shouting about, so we need someone who will be a great brand ambassador for Virgin Incentives to corporate clients. We also bring our brand to life in retailers, Gift Card Malls, and Online Gifting / experiences categories – which we are looking to grow further. This is a 12 month fixed term contract (maternity cover) working full-time hours on a hybrid basis, with a minimum of 2 days office-based per week. Our office is located in Bourne End (Buckinghamshire, SL8 5YS).

What You'll Do

  • Research, target, and acquire new clients through cold calling, networking, industry events, and digital tools.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation, pricing, and final agreement.
  • Support outbound marketing campaigns and mailshots by following up on prospects and converting them into opportunities.
  • Re-engage previously lost leads through strategic research and targeted outreach.
  • Provide proactive account management to retain onboarded clients and drive repeat business, upsells, and cross-sells.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for all newly acquired clients.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline capable of consistent month-on-month delivery in collaboration with the wider sales team.
  • Accurately log all lead communications and data in the CRM system with high attention to detail.
  • Consistently achieve individual KPIs, daily outbound call volumes, and revenue targets.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The best things in life aren’t things. It’s why we gift the way we do. We’re one of the world’s leading experience gift brands, making it easy to give the unexpected and deepen connections through anti-ordinary gifting.

In the UK, you'll know us as Virgin Experience Days - one of the first brands to pioneer the premise that the best gifts can't be boxed, way back in 1988. We kicked things off with track days and flying experiences. Now we're home to more than 5,000 amazing experience gifts - from immersive theatre, to virtual reality, VIP stadium tours, Michelin-starred dining, and more.

Operating in the US as Virgin Gifts, we're proudly part of the Virgin family, working alongside the likes of Virgin Atlantic, Virgin Hotels, and Virgin Voyages to deliver extraordinary experiences everywhere.
