The firm specializes in personal and business immigration, including skilled worker business licensing, family and spouse visas, indefinite leave to remain applications, start-up and innovator visas, long residence applications, and complex human rights, deportation, and detention matters. Lexmark Legal is committed to delivering high-quality, client-focused legal services tailored to diverse needs.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and build a strong pipeline of potential clients for the firm’s immigration and wider legal services. The role includes researching target markets, developing outreach strategies, and engaging prospective clients via calls, emails, networking events, and digital channels. The Business Development Executive will manage and nurture client relationships, support account management activities, and collaborate with lawyers to align business development efforts with practice priorities. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to business development plans and marketing initiatives.

  • Ability to drive growth through New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Strong understanding of Business development principles within legal environments
  • Excellent Communication skills, including confident client-facing interactions, presentation abilities, and clear written communication.
  • Prior experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition within legal sector
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Law, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience; knowledge of UK immigration laws is an advantage.
