About This Role
Are you an ambitious Territory Sales Executive, an up and coming Business Development Executive, or a commercially minded Sales Executive looking for your next opportunity? At Dawsongroup Temperature Control Solutions (DGTCS), you'll play an important role in growing our customer base across the East of England while developing the skills and experience to progress into a Business Development Manager role.
- Develop new business through customer visits, networking and proactive prospecting across your allocated territory.
- Build lasting relationships with customers, understanding their requirements and identifying opportunities to add value.
- Prepare quotations and commercial proposals, working alongside our Service and Projects teams to deliver the right solutions.
- Manage your sales activity through our CRM, ensuring opportunities and customer information are always up to date.
- Represent the wider Dawsongroup business by introducing customers to products and services across other Business Units where appropriate.
About You
You're naturally curious, enjoy meeting new people and are motivated by building relationships that turn into long term partnerships. You may already have some sales or business development experience, but more importantly you're eager to learn, develop and build a successful commercial career.

- A full UK driving licence is essential.
- Confident speaking with customers both in person and over the phone.
- Self motivated with the ability to organise your own workload.
- Keen to develop your commercial knowledge and build a successful sales career.
