Position Overview
As a member of the Business Development Team, you will play a critical role in driving growth and maintaining strong customer relationships across our regions. This position blends new business acquisition with account retention, ensuring prospects are converted and existing customers remain engaged. You’ll focus on generating leads, qualifying opportunities, and advancing customers through our value tiers while preventing churn. Success in this role requires persistence, organisation, and a commercial mindset to meet both acquisition and retention targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to qualify leads and schedule appointments for Regional Account Managers.
- Maintain a clear pipeline of prospects with defined next steps.
- Manage bronze-tier accounts, acting as the primary contact to increase spend and move customers to higher tiers.
- Follow up on quotes and identify upsell opportunities.
- Monitor lapsing accounts and implement retention strategies.
- Track competitor activity and support regional growth initiatives.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and generate reports on retention, tier migration, and revenue contribution.
