Business Development Executive | Mayfair, Office Based | £40,000-£45,000 + Commission

Support a high-performing field team and build your own career in specialist property finance - from a Mayfair office at the centre of it all.

About the Company

Our client is a purpose-driven specialist property finance lender, providing bridging, development and buy-to-let lending solutions of up to £20m to property professionals and investors across the UK. Known for fast decisions, pragmatic underwriting and a genuinely broker-focused approach, they work closely with intermediaries to deliver flexible funding solutions, and are now looking to strengthen their business development function.

About the Role

As Business Development Executive, you will work closely with two field-based Business Development Managers, supporting their broker relationships and helping to generate new business opportunities from the firm's Mayfair office. This is an office-based role at the heart of the business, offering genuine exposure to the wider sales function and a clear path to progress your career within specialist property finance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support two field-based BDMs with broker relationship management and new business development
  • Proactively generate and qualify new business opportunities within bridging finance and specialist BTL
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and introducers
  • Provide timely, accurate information and support throughout the sales process
  • Help manage diaries, pipeline activity and follow-ups for the wider BD team
  • Contribute to the growth of the broker network and overall lending volumes

Package

  • £40,000-£45,000 basic salary
  • Plus commission

Skills & Experience

  • At least 1 year's experience developing new business within bridging finance or specialist buy-to-let
  • Comfortable working office-based, supporting a field-based team
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Proactive, organised and comfortable managing a busy pipeline
  • Genuinely ambitious, with a desire to progress within specialist property finance
