Responsibilities

  • Own outbound prospecting efforts across Mid-Market accounts in EMEA, with a primary focus on the UK and Europe
  • Conduct initial discovery and qualification conversations with fund operations, investor relations, and finance leadership teams across GPs, LPs, and fund administrators
  • Research and prioritise high-potential Mid-Market accounts across private equity, venture capital, private credit, and infrastructure
  • Execute personalised, multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, phone) tailored to private markets audiences and their operational challenges
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and convert them into sales-ready opportunities for the EMEA Account Executive team
  • Use AI-enabled sales tools to improve outreach relevance, personalisation, and engagement at scale
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to ensure messaging alignment across Mid-Market segments and fund types
  • Stay current on private markets trends, fund operations workflows, GP/LP reporting standards, and the evolving competitive landscape (including platforms such as eFront, Chronograph, and iLevel)
  • Maintain accurate CRM activity tracking, notes, and pipeline reporting in HubSpot
  • Support regional campaigns, industry events (including key LP and GP forums), and in-person team collaboration across EMEA as needed
