Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and nurturing relationships with prospective and existing clients. The Business Development Executive will conduct market research, prepare and deliver presentations and proposals, and collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with customer needs. - Managing a sales pipeline

- Coordinating with account management and technical teams

The role requires consistent virtual communication with customers and colleagues and occasional travel to client sites or industry events as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong new business development and lead generation skills, with the ability to build and grow a sustainable sales pipeline.
- Business acumen and understanding of commercial drivers, preferably within industrial, manufacturing, or defense-related sectors.
- Clear and professional communication skills, including the ability to present complex technical solutions in accessible terms.
- Account management capabilities, including relationship building, customer retention, and cross-selling or upselling.
- Experience working in a remote environment, with strong self-organization, time management, and CRM proficiency.
- Proven track record in B2B sales or business development; experience with technical or engineered products is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Comfort working with diverse stakeholders across geographies and functions, demonstrating collaboration and ethical conduct.
