Business Development Executive (BDE)
📍 Bristol | Onsite | Full-time 💰 £50,000-£70,000 OTE in year one | Uncapped commission

The Role
- High-energy new business sales, including prospecting, outreach and pitching to senior leaders.
- Sell innovative, market-leading digital media solutions with AI at their core, developed in-house - not a generic product!
- Build relationships with senior decision-makers across the Higher Education sector.
- Learn modern, discovery-led sales techniques through industry-leading coaching and development.

What We're Looking For
- 2+ years' experience in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment.
- Proven outbound, multi-channel sales experience.
- A confident communicator with a strong desire to earn and progress.
- Coachable, competitive and motivated to build a long-term sales career.
