Fuelmii provides mobile fuelling services that deliver diesel, HVO (Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil), and AdBlue directly to operating centers, eliminating the need for detours to petrol stations. The company’s patented mobile fuelling solution helps fleet operators reduce costs, save time, and increase productivity. Fuelmii offers a real-time reporting and fuel management portal, giving customers clear insight into fuel usage, spend, and sustainability performance. By switching to HVO fuel, fleets can cut carbon emissions by up to 94% without modifying existing vehicles or equipment. Fuelmii is focused on helping businesses operate more efficiently while advancing greener, more sustainable transport solutions.
Role Description
This full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role is based in London. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build a robust pipeline of qualified leads, and convert prospects into long-term customers. Daily responsibilities include:
- Researching target markets
- Conducting outreach via calls, emails, and meetings
- Presenting Fuelmii’s solutions
- Preparing proposals and quotations
- Managing and nurturing accounts
- Coordinating with operations and customer support teams to ensure service quality
- Tracking performance against sales targets

The role also involves representing Fuelmii at industry events and contributing insights to improve sales strategies and customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in new business development and lead generation, with proven ability to create and manage a sales pipeline.
- Business and account management skills, including experience maintaining relationships and growing existing customer accounts.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence in presenting solutions and negotiating agreements.
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably within logistics, fleet management, fuel services, or related sectors.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and basic data analysis to track performance and opportunities.
- Collaborative mindset, able to work effectively with operations, marketing, and customer support teams.
- Relevant educational background in business, sales, or a related field is beneficial, but equivalent experience is also valued.

Working hours
Monday–Friday 08:00–18:00 (8 hour shift). We are a 24-7 operation, and there may be times when we need you to be flexible with time.
