About the Role
As a Business Development Executive at Evri, you’ll have the autonomy and flexibility to think both commercially and creatively to manage your territory. You’ll be responsible for developing and managing Evri’s Parcel Shop network, driving sales, and ensuring every Parcel Shop delivers an outstanding customer experience. From prospecting new retailers to performance-managing existing locations, you’ll be the face of Evri in your territory. In this fast-paced and dynamic field role you’ll provide training, ensure operational excellence, and unlock growth opportunities.

Please note this role (field based) will cover South Yorkshire and Lincolnshire, including Doncaster, Sheffield, Scunthorpe, Gainsborough, Retford and Grimsby.
Key Responsibilities
- Analysing retailer data to identify underperforming agents, areas of opportunity, and track personal performance against company KPIs.
- Taking ownership of Parcel Shop performance in your territory, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
- Maintaining an uncompromising focus on customer experience and driving continuous improvements in service delivery.
- Providing full Parcel Shop training to retailers, ensuring they understand processes and use Evri equipment correctly.
- Identifying and recruiting new Parcel Shop locations that meet operational requirements.
- Selling additional Parcel Shop services to eligible sites to maximise network growth.
- Raising awareness of Parcel Shop services through retailer engagement, POS updates, and local promotion activity.
- Acting as the main conduit for issue resolution, escalating service or operational challenges in a timely and professional manner.

Core Capabilities
- Proven experience in a field-based retail sales or business development role.
- Demonstrable track record of driving sales growth and achieving performance targets.
- Experience in motivating, supporting, and managing stakeholders.
- Skilled in data analysis and confident with Microsoft Excel.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to think strategically in a fast-moving environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and gain trust.
