About Tranzaura
Tranzaura is a fast-growing fleet intelligence and software management platform helping fleet operators across the UK and Europe run smarter operations. Our platform, FleetNow, gives fleet managers a single pane of glass across their entire operation — connecting existing systems and using agentic AI to surface answers the moment they're needed. We're at an exciting stage of growth and sales & marketing play a central role in how we win in the market.
The Role
We're looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to join our sales & marketing team and drive new business generation across the Irish and UK markets. This is a full-time role based in Limerick, with some work-from-home flexibility.
You'll be responsible for identifying and generating new business, networking and building relationships through proactive outreach. This role is critical to the growth, development and qualification of the sales pipeline, and to identifying new opportunities as we scale.
You'll work closely with the wider sales & marketing team — Enterprise Sales Managers, Inside Sales Representatives, Pre-Sales Engineers, BDRs, SDRs and the global marketing team — helping align outreach with the right accounts, personas and campaigns.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
