π Business Development Executive β South East England
Due to continued company expansion, we are excited to offer a new opportunity for a motivated and dynamic Sales/Business Development Executive to join our growing team.
π Territory:
- South East England β including London, Kent, Essex, East & West Sussex, Hertfordshire, Berkshire, Surrey and surrounding areas
π Type:
- Full-time | Field-based role
π Driving Licence:
- Full, clean UK driving licence required
π Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow new business across the South East territory
- Work with and further develop our established network
- Identify and engage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within hospital settings
- Proactively secure appointments with clinicians and healthcare professionals
- Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations on wards and to wider clinical groups
- Maintain and utilise CRM/database systems to drive targeted sales activity
- Manage and forecast a robust new business pipeline
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our product portfolio and unique selling points
- Strengthen relationships with existing accounts and identify opportunities for further growth
- Gather and report valuable market intelligence to support strategic decisions

β Requirements
- Previous experience selling to TVNs, Infection Control, Estates & Facilities and/or EBME teams is essential
- Excellent communication skills, with a friendly and approachable manner
- Comfortable communicating confidently at a clinical level with healthcare professionals
- Proven ability to build positive professional relationships quickly
- Results-driven, with a strong understanding of sales processes
- Self-motivated and capable of managing a field-based territory independently
- Comfortable navigating busy healthcare environments with demonstration equipment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout London, Kent, Essex, Sussex, Hertfordshire, Berkshire, Surrey and the wider South East
- Full, clean UK driving licence
