Business Development Executive
Founding Manchester Team | £30,000–£35,000 + £50,000+ OTE
Spinningfields, Manchester | Hybrid

A rapidly growing technology business in the residential property sector is opening its first Manchester office and is looking for two ambitious salespeople to become founding members of the team.

- The business already has 500+ clients, established integrations with major property CRMs and a proposition that is continually evolving.

Your job
- Find the agencies that should be using it.

We're looking for someone who:
- Has B2B sales experience, ideally selling into estate/letting agencies or the wider property sector.
- Is confident speaking to owners, directors and senior decision-makers.
- Enjoys genuine new business and prospecting.
- Has the commercial confidence to talk about money and challenge the status quo.
- Is resilient, ambitious and motivated by winning.
- Wants to help build something, rather than simply step into an established team.

What you get
- £30,000–£35,000 basic + £50,000 OTE
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
- Share options / incentive plans
- Monday–Thursday office/field based, Friday WFH
Full training and genuine progression as Manchester grows
This is one of only two founding sales positions.
You'll be joining at the point where the Manchester operation is being built, with the opportunity to help shape the office, build your own network and grow alongside it.
