Acxiom Business Development Executive Opportunity
Acxiom is looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Business Development Executive to join our Omnicom Agency partnership team. This is a focused audience sales role - you will be responsible for selling Acxiom's premium audience data products into Omnicom's media agencies, helping Omnicom’s planning and investment teams activate smarter, more targeted campaigns for their advertiser clients.
Working alongside senior members of the Omnicom Partnerships team (including Acxiom’s Client Partner as well as Acxiom’s Data Analysts and Data Guru team), you will develop relationships with media planners, audience strategists, and data leads across Omnicom media agencies including OMD, PHD, Hearts & Science, MGOMD, UM, Initiative and Mediahub. You will become a trusted resource for these teams - helping them understand how Acxiom data can improve campaign targeting, reach high-value consumers, and deliver measurable results for their clients. This role offers strong mentorship, clear progression, and the chance to build genuine expertise in the audience data and media marketplace.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Respond to agency briefs and proactively pitch Acxiom audience solutions that align with client campaign objectives across digital, CTV, programmatic, and addressable channels.
- Support and, over time, lead conversations with agency teams to recommend the right Acxiom audience products for specific client verticals, campaign types, and media environments.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
