Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in the City of Bristol. The position focuses on identifying and securing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and nurturing relationships with prospective and existing clients within the B2B events space.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Researching target markets
- Conducting outreach via calls, emails, and meetings
- Presenting Kinetic Alliance’s event solutions to key decision-makers
- Managing accounts post-signature to ensure satisfaction
- Tracking sales activities in CRM systems
- Collaborating closely with marketing and event teams to align messaging and drive attendance
The Business Development Executive is expected to meet and exceed revenue targets while contributing to continuous improvement of sales processes and client engagement strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills, with a track record of creating and converting opportunities.
- Solid Business and Account Management skills to oversee client relationships and support long-term partnerships.
- Excellent Communication skills, including confident presentation, negotiation, and professional written and verbal communication.
- Experience or strong interest in B2B events, sales, or marketing, with the ability to understand client objectives and propose suitable solutions.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, resilience in a target-driven environment, and proficiency with CRM and standard office software.
- Relevant education in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is beneficial; prior experience in B2B sales or event industry roles is an advantage.
