Business Development Executive
Remote, with London office access | £35,000 base + £15,000 OTE
About our client
Our client is a property technology business building software that supports the property market. They're looking for someone who's passionate about property and technology to join their sales team and help more customers get the most from their products.
This is a role for someone who loves talking to people and building relationships that last. You'll look after a territory of customers and prospects, keeping in regular touch, understanding what they need and helping them find the right solutions.
What's on offer
- £35k base salary plus £15k variable (£50k OTE)
- Discretionary annual bonus of up to 10% of base salary
- 7.5% company pension contribution
- Remote working, with the option to use the London office

What you'll do
- Make outbound calls and handle incoming calls and enquiries, turning as many inbound leads as possible into opportunities
- Keep in regular, planned contact with all the customers and prospects in your territory
- Deliver a great customer experience, backed by strong business and product knowledge
- Keep building your understanding of the full product suite so you can talk about it with confidence
- Work closely with teams across the business and keep communication flowing with customers and colleagues
- Take ownership of customer questions or concerns and see them through to the end
- Represent the business at events, conferences and presentations
- Get involved in special projects as they come up
