Role Description
The Business Development Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Evesham area. This role focuses on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building a strong pipeline of prospects in target markets. The Business Development Executive will engage with potential and existing clients, conduct needs assessments, prepare proposals, and support contract negotiations to grow revenue and market share.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Managing accounts
- Maintaining accurate records in CRM systems
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver effective power solutions
- Providing regular performance and market reports
The role also involves representing Woodlands Power at meetings, industry events, and site visits to strengthen relationships and promote the company’s full-service power capabilities.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with a proven ability to identify opportunities and build a sustainable sales pipeline.
- Candidates should possess Business and Account Management skills to develop client relationships, manage contracts, and support long-term customer engagement.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation abilities, and effective interpersonal interaction.
- Experience in B2B rental, sales, preferably within power generation, energy, engineering, or related sectors, is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site, travel to customer locations as required, and collaborate with technical and operations teams.
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with comfort using CRM and standard office software.
- A relevant qualification in business, sales, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is advantageous.
