We are currently expanding our dynamic sales team and seeking ambitious, creative Business Development Executives with a passion for growth and achievement. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with business development or sales experience to join a mission-driven organization and enjoy uncapped earning potential.
This is a full-time remote position, open globally.
Your Role
As a Business Development Executive, you will:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to foster growth.
- Handle leads from generation to close, including follow-up and client onboarding.
- Engage with prospects and clients across multiple platforms, including social media and email.
- Maintain detailed contact reports and client activity logs.
- Collaborate with other team members to design tailored solutions for client needs.
- Stay on top of market trends and competitive activities to identify new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement creative business development strategies to drive growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Utilize social media platforms to enhance engagement and outreach.
- Consistently follow up on leads and opportunities to boost sales.
- Demonstrate tenacity and focus to achieve and exceed goals.
- Collaborate with team members to develop tailored offerings for clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.

Benefit Package
- Basic salary + commission. (On-target earnings of £5,000 per month, after completing the trial period).
