The Brief
At Infuse Worldwide, business development is about more than reaching targets. It starts with understanding people, building trust and creating positive customer experiences.
Your job will be simple to understand but rewarding to master: meet people, start meaningful conversations, understand their needs and confidently introduce the products or services represented through our campaigns.
This is an in-person business development opportunity involving live customer engagement—not a remote, hybrid or telephone-based position.
What Your Role Will Involve
You will help our brand partners reach and acquire new customers by:
- Starting genuine, professional conversations with prospective customers
- Presenting relevant products, services and campaign offers clearly
- Identifying and developing new customer opportunities
- Building positive relationships and creating a strong customer experience
- Supporting customer acquisition across live campaigns
- Representing partner brands with confidence and professionalism
- Working towards individual and team performance goals
- Participating in regular training, coaching and development sessions

Our campaigns operate across B2B, B2C residential and event environments, giving you experience with a variety of customers, audiences and campaign styles.
The Person We’d Like to Meet
You do not need to arrive with years of business development experience. We are interested in your attitude, communication skills and willingness to improve. You may be a strong fit if you are:
- Confident and comfortable starting conversations with new people
- Curious about customers and able to listen carefully
- Motivated by goals, achievement and personal development
- Professional, dependable and committed to doing things properly
- Resilient when facing challenges or rejection
- Open to coaching and able to apply feedback
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment
- Interested in developing a career in sales, business or customer acquisition

You will receive structured training from the beginning, followed by ongoing coaching and one-to-one support. Your development will include:
- Face-to-face communication and relationship-building
- Customer needs analysis
- Product and campaign knowledge
- Sales and negotiation techniques
- Customer acquisition
- Goal-setting and performance management
- Leadership and team development
