The Role:

Are you a confident communicator with a passion for connecting people and solving problems? We’re looking for an ambitious and motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and build a rewarding career in B2B sales and events.

You'll personally identify new opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and secure sponsorship for our high-quality networking events.

What Will You Be Doing Day to Day?

  • Engaging with prospective clients across the education, healthcare, or the public sector industries
  • Learning how to confidently pitch our event sponsorship opportunities
  • Booking and attending client calls and online meetings
  • Helping manage client relationships before, during, and after events
  • Maintaining and updating the CRM system (Salesforce) with sales activity and client information
  • Supporting event delivery and meeting clients face-to-face onsite
  • Seeking insights into industry trends and client needs to inform your personal outreach

What We’re Looking For:

  • A strong desire to learn and grow within a dynamic B2B sales environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A proactive, positive attitude and a willingness to take initiative
  • Confidence to engage with professionals at all levels
  • Organised, with good attention to detail
  • Experience in sales, customer service, events, or business development
  • A willingness to learn and engage with your own development
