Metric DCX is our specialist Data Center recruitment brand, partnering with leading developers and contractors across the US.
We recently completed our second private equity deal, partnering with Southfield Capital at a $100 Million valuation. We are entering our fastest ever phase of growth and expanding our division from 30 to 45+ in the next year.

- Build and win new client relationships
- Speak with senior decision-makers
- Source and engage high-level candidates

What we look for:

Recruitment experience is not required, although sales / business development experience is well aligned. What matters is drive, work ethic, and motivation to be the best.
