Business Development Executive
Epsom | Field Based | 37.5 Hours per Week
Are you a confident relationship-builder who enjoys being out in the field, meeting people, and developing professional networks?
We're looking for a Business Development Executive to manage and develop a well-established territory across Epsom and the surrounding area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a customer-facing role and enjoys building long-term relationships.
What You'll Be Doing
- Developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals across your territory
- Promoting healthcare services and increasing awareness within the local community
- Regularly meeting with key stakeholders and managing territory activity
- Identifying opportunities to support service growth and referral development
- Working closely with the wider business development team to achieve territory objectives

What We're Looking For
- Experience in business development, field sales, account management, healthcare liaison, or stakeholder engagement
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisation and territory planning abilities
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Full UK driving licence
