Role Description
This full-time Business Development Executive role at Seedtable is a hybrid position based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with flexibility for partial work from home. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and nurturing a pipeline of qualified leads, and conducting outreach through email, calls, and meetings to key decision-makers. The Business Development Executive will manage and grow client accounts, prepare and deliver proposals and presentations, and collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with client needs.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Tracking performance metrics
- Maintaining accurate records in CRM tools
- Contributing to sales forecasts
- Providing feedback to improve Seedtable’s products and go-to-market strategy

Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with experience building and managing a pipeline of prospects.
- Strong Business acumen, including understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and growth strategies.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and build trust with stakeholders.
- Proven Account Management abilities, including relationship-building, retention, and upselling or cross-selling to existing clients.
- Comfort using CRM and sales enablement tools, along with proficiency in common productivity software.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, managing time and priorities across in-office and remote settings.
- Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams.
- Prior experience in B2B SaaS, technology, data, or media sectors is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Commitment to inclusive, ethical business practices and continuous professional development.
