Business Development Executive – Randox Health - Liverpool (Job Ref: 26/BDLP)

At Randox Health, we empower individuals to take a personalized, preventative approach to their health and well-being, helping them live healthier for longer. Through our revolutionary technology, we measure hundreds of health biomarkers, generating unmatched data. When combined with our advanced algorithms, this data can predict future health concerns and detect early signs of illness before symptoms appear. This proactive approach enables individuals to act early, preventing or delaying the onset of disease and shifting from reactive healthcare to true prevention.

This is primarily an office-based business development role where you will identify and develop new business opportunities for diagnostic testing and healthcare services. Travel to client sites is also required.

Location

Field/Office based. Visiting customers across Liverpool / Merseyside. Our office is based at: Ground Floor Unit, Exchange Station, Tithebarn Street, Liverpool, L2 2QP.

Contract Offered

Full-time, Permanent.

Working Hours / Shifts

40 hours per week. Monday to Friday from 08.40 to 17.20.

  • Prospect and acquire corporate clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, meetings, and targeted outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HR teams, Admin teams, Procurement departments, and corporate decision-makers.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable diagnostic packages, health check-ups, wellness programs, and laboratory services.
  • Conduct corporate presentations, meetings, product/service demonstrations, and negotiations.
  • Develop customized proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements for corporate clients.
  • Drive revenue growth by achieving monthly and quarterly sales and business development targets.
  • Manage the complete corporate sales cycle, from lead generation and initial contact through negotiation, onboarding, and account management.
  • Identify opportunities for corporate health camps, employee health screening programs, annual health check-ups, and preventive healthcare initiatives.
  • Coordinate with laboratory, operations, customer service, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of corporate accounts.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, client interactions, proposals, and sales pipelines.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify new opportunities and strengthen the company's corporate offering.
  • Develop existing accounts through cross-selling, upselling, and long-term relationship management.
  • Participate in industry events, corporate networking activities, and other business development initiatives

Who can apply?

Essential criteria:

  • Experience in B2B, corporate sales, business development, healthcare, diagnostics, or related industries is preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads and convert prospects into paying corporate clients.
  • Target-oriented, proactive, and commercially driven approach.
  • Ability to engage confidently with senior corporate stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Good understanding of corporate sales cycles and account management.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Right to work in the UK.

Desirable:

  • Field-based or F2F sales experience preferred.
  • Previous experience within the Healthcare / Corporate sectors.
  • Experience in both account management and business development.
