About The Opportunity

We're looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our team and support the growth of our client campaigns through effective customer engagement and relationship building.

You'll work across a range of B2B, B2C and event-based campaigns, engaging directly with prospective customers, understanding their needs and representing our clients and their services professionally.

Your responsibilities

  • Engaging customers: Representing leading brands face-to-face
  • Promoting products and services, generating leads, and acquiring new customers.
  • Working towards ambitious performance targets and striving to exceed expectations.
  • Building your communication, sales, business, and management skills through ongoing training and mentorship.

Your strengths

  • Commercially minded with a proactive approach
  • Confident starting conversations and building relationships
  • Goal-focused, resilient and comfortable taking ownership
  • Previous sales or business development exposure is welcome, but training is provided
