Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Business Development Executive to join our growing team! In this role, you will be at the forefront of expanding our market presence, forging strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Your energetic approach and strategic mindset will drive revenue growth and help shape the future of our organization. Duties

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach efforts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings and value proposition
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs
  • Manage sales pipelines using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce to track progress and forecast growth
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements to secure new business deals
  • Follow up consistently with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and close sales effectively

Skills

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles with a track record of meeting targets
  • Proficiency in CRM software or similar platforms, for managing customer data and sales activities
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to engage clients confidently
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify strategic opportunities for growth
  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and excellent organizational skills
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and sales automation processes to streamline workflows
  • Energetic mindset with a passion for building relationships and driving results
  • Experience in SEO and Web technologies which enhance sales
  • Knowledge of the IT industry and experience of island of Ireland's business landscape
