About the opportunity
Via is partnering with an international business consultancy looking for a Business Development Executive to support its continued global expansion.
This is a commission-only opportunity with expected earnings of £30,000–£40,000 per year, based on performance, and no cap on earning potential. You'll have flexibility around when you work, with a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week.
You'll focus on identifying and engaging experienced business professionals who could become Regional Directors within the organisation's international network. You'll prospect across different countries and markets, speaking with business leaders, entrepreneurs, consultants and advisors.

Your role is to start conversations, identify suitable prospects, introduce the Regional Director opportunity and book qualified candidates into meetings with the Managing Director.
What you'll be doing
- Identify and approach prospective Regional Directors across international markets
- Research and build targeted prospect lists
- Conduct proactive outbound prospecting through LinkedIn, email, telephone and other channels
- Engage business leaders, entrepreneurs, consultants and advisors
- Start conversations with cold prospects and develop professional relationships
- Introduce the Regional Director opportunity clearly and confidently
- Understand each prospect's background, motivations and suitability
- Qualify interested prospects before progressing them
- Answer initial questions about the opportunity and business model
- Book qualified prospects into meetings with the Managing Director
- Follow up consistently and manage your own pipeline
- Work independently towards activity and commercial targets
- Develop an international professional network
What we're looking for
- At least 2 years of B2B sales or business development experience
- Strong outbound prospecting experience
- Confidence approaching senior-level professionals
- Comfortable generating your own conversations and opportunities
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience qualifying prospects and booking meetings
- Commercially driven and motivated by commission-based earnings
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Able to commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week
- Organised and able to manage a prospect pipeline remotely
