Cinset Studio is a creative video production company. The studio offers a full suite of tailored video services mainly within commercials and social media content. Cinset Studio can manage projects end to end, from initial concept and scriptwriting through filming and post-production. The team focuses on delivering high-quality, client-specific results that support brand visibility and audience engagement. Cinset Studio allows for a collaborative environment where creativity and client satisfaction are central.
Role Description
Freelance Business Development role. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads, and convert prospects into long-term clients. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, generating and qualifying leads, preparing proposals, and presenting Cinset Studio’s video production services to potential clients. The role involves managing client accounts, nurturing relationships, and ensuring ongoing satisfaction and repeat business. The Business Development Executive will collaborate closely with the production and creative teams to align client needs.

Qualifications

- Ability to drive New Business Development and convert opportunities into sustainable relationships.
- Strong Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, outreach, and management.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear presentation, active listening, and professional written communication.
- Previous experience in media, creative agencies, or video production services is advantageous.
- Comfort working from home and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated, target-driven mindset and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
- Relevant education or training in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
