We connect local businesses with some of the biggest names in sport through innovative, community-focused partner programmes. With a proven 15-year track record, we’ve worked across multiple sporting leagues such as the NFL, NBA, NHL, MLS, English Premier League and more across Europe.
Our partnerships create access to a market traditionally reserved for national and global brands.
The Role
You’ll be part of our U.S. Partnership Sales Team, selling the value of small-business partnerships to regional businesses across North America on behalf of major sports rights holders within the NFL, NBA, MLS & NHL.
Key Responsibilities
- Generating appointments with C-suite and director-level decision makers within the SME market
- Selling the benefits of a partnership with one of our selected rights-holders (clubs)
- Prospecting your own data and sourcing key business and contact information
- Winning new business by selling the benefits of becoming an official partner
- Working alongside a Partnership Manager to generate revenue

Working hours
- Monday–Thursday: 14:00–22:00
- Friday: 12:00–19:00
- 1 day a week WFH
What We Offer
- Competitive basic salary depending on experience
- OTE £55,000 – £95,000+

Required Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a direct B2B sales environment
- Confident using modern CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus)
- Career-driven, motivated, and eager to learn
- Strong lead generation and prospecting skills
- A hunter mentality with a passion for new business
- Background as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or similar B2B role
