Business Development Representative (BDR)
Hybrid: 4 days in office (Mon–Thu), WFH Fridays
Base: ~£30-33,000 + commission
Year 1 OTE: ~£39,000
Certus are partnering with a specialist real estate consultancy that provides a refined, tenant-only office advisory service. They advise companies of all sizes, supporting everything from long-term office strategy to the completion of complex transactions.
They are now looking to hire an ambitious Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their growing commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates or early-stage sales professionals to step into a true commercial role—driving outreach, unlocking new possibilities and feeding high-quality leads into the wider BD function.

Responsibilities
- Make a high level of outbound calls per day using Aircall
- Run informed discovery conversations, gathering insights around office plans, lease events and buying triggers
- Build and maintain an early-stage pipeline, updating activity in Pipedrive
- Work with refreshed, high-quality data lists supplied by the internal data team
- Collaborate with senior BD colleagues through weekly meetings, coaching sessions and real-time shadowing
Requirements
- Strong, articulate communicator confident speaking with senior decision-makers
- Resilient, proactive and comfortable with high-volume outreach
- Commercially curious with the ability to ask smart, natural questions
- Graduate OR ~6+ months’ experience in a BDR/cold-calling role
- Positive, mature, coachable and motivated to build a long-term BD career
