Business Development Executive
Location: Twyford
Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 basic + uncapped commission
Business Development Executive – build pipelines that pay long-term
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their sales career who enjoys opening conversations, qualifying opportunities, and seeing the long-term value of the accounts they bring on.
As a Business Development Executive, you’ll engage prospects who have already interacted with the business, qualify their needs, and pass high-quality opportunities to Account Managers for ongoing relationship management.

What you’ll be doing
- Engaging warm prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Running structured discovery conversations
- Identifying and qualifying sales opportunities
- Accurately recording activity and outcomes in the CRM
- Booking follow-ups and handovers to Account Managers
- Maintaining consistent activity against KPIs
