Business Development Executive
£27,000-£30,000 Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission (OTE £45,000-£50,000+)

We're looking for an ambitious, commercially minded Business Development Executive to join our Business Development Team, based in our Head Office in Maidstone.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, spotting opportunities, asking great questions and turning conversations into long-term customer partnerships. We'll teach you our products. What we're looking for is energy, curiosity, resilience and a drive to succeed.
What You'll Be Doing
- Building relationships with new, existing and lapsed customers
- Managing inbound enquiries and converting opportunities into sales
- Generating new business through proactive outbound activity
- Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable solutions
- Producing quotations and seeing opportunities through to completion
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and customer insights
- Working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service
- Achieving sales and activity targets while identifying opportunities for growth

What We Offer
- £27,000-£30,000 basic salary depending on experience
- Uncapped commission structure. Typical OTE of £45,000-£50,000+ (returning in year 3)
- 33 days' holiday, including bank holidays
