Role Description

The Business Development Executive role is a remote contract position focused on identifying and driving new business opportunities for Zorvatel’s voice and connectivity services. In this role, the individual will research target markets, generate and qualify leads, and build a robust pipeline through outbound prospecting and effective follow-up. Day-to-day tasks include conducting discovery calls, presenting tailored solutions, preparing proposals, and negotiating commercial terms to close deals. The Business Development Executive will also manage and nurture existing accounts, monitor performance, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction. Regular reporting on sales activities, market trends, and competitive insights will be expected.

  • Ability to drive New Business Development and Lead Generation through research, outreach, and pipeline management.
  • Strong Business acumen with an understanding of telecom, voice connectivity, or B2B technology services.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including clear written communication, persuasive presentations, and confident client interaction.
  • Account Management capabilities, including relationship building, retention strategies, and upselling or cross-selling services.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in telecommunications or related industries.
  • Comfort working independently in a remote environment, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to use CRM tools and sales enablement platforms to track activities and performance.
  • Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience in business, communications, marketing, or a related field.
