Job Description

By joining Analysys Mason, you will be part of a Sales team at the forefront of our growth, actively uncovering new business prospects. You will sell industry-leading and globally respected research to both new and existing clients across technology intensive industries.

Our Sales team work with the world’s leading technology-driven enterprises to sell them the value and impact our Research programmes will have on their business. We have identified a number of key industries as key growth markets, with strong and increasing demand for our business insights. You will step into established relationships while taking ownership of a significant untapped opportunity, positioning you to make a real impact in a high-demand, growing sector.

Led by our Sales Director, David Hunter, who has over 20 years’ developing high-performing international sales teams, you will work in close partnership with industry experts to understand your clients’ business goals and deliver value-based solutions. Our Sales leadership team is committed to developing your skills through knowledge-sharing and one-to-one coaching.

Your role will be key in Analysys Mason’s growth trajectory, and your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying, developing and closing new business opportunities in largely untapped markets.
  • Systematically developing and closing a new business pipeline within identified prospect organisations.
  • Understanding business drivers and how the unique insight Analysys Mason brings helps tackle clients’ mission-critical priorities.
  • Building trust-based value-added relationships with senior client stakeholders.
  • Working closely with our industry experts (Analysts) to maximise the impact of client touchpoints.
  • Identifying opportunities to maximise on the full Analysys Mason Research portfolio and proactively targeting new buying centres.
  • Using a proactive approach and collaborating with the wider Sales and Marketing teams.

Qualifications

If you have existing research sales experience, this is the role for you.

You need to be used to following a sales process and to build trust-based relationships with multiple stakeholders (including C-level executives),
