Spanish-Speaking Business Development Executive

London (Hybrid: 3 Days Office / 2 Days Remote)

Up to £30,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
Realistic First-Year OTE: £45,000 - £55,000

The Role

We're working with an innovative and fast-growing technology company seeking a driven, commercially minded Business Development Executive to join their expanding team. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a target-driven environment, and wants to develop a long-term career in sales.

As a Business Development Executive, you'll be responsible for developing new business opportunities across Spanish-speaking markets. You'll engage with prospective customers, identify commercial needs, and build relationships with decision-makers ranging from operational stakeholders through to senior leadership teams.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident, naturally curious, commercially aware, and capable of tailoring their communication style to different audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively prospect and engage potential customers across Spanish-speaking territories
  • Conduct outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Build relationships with stakeholders at varying levels of seniority
  • Identify business challenges and qualify opportunities
  • Generate and book high-quality meetings for the sales team
  • Research target accounts and market opportunities
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity
  • Collaborate closely with the wider commercial team to drive growth

About You

  • Fluent in both Spanish and English (essential)
  • Previous experience in an outbound sales, recruitment, telesales, lettings, SDR, BDR, business development, or other customer-facing commercial role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commercially minded with a genuine interest in sales and business
  • Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels
  • Resilient, proactive, and motivated by achieving targets
  • Ambitious and eager to build a career within the technology sector
