Business Development Executive - MSSP
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £60,000 base + Uncapped Commission
Option to reduce salary and move to 50% comms!
If you're a cyber security salesperson who thrives on building pipeline, opening doors, and closing high-value managed services opportunities, this is a chance to make a real impact.
DigiTech is partnered with a fast-growing MSSP investing heavily in its commercial team and expanding across the UK. They're looking for a proven cyber sales professional who understands the security landscape, can sell recurring services, and consistently generates new business.
This is a true hunter role, focused on winning new logo business across mid-market and enterprise organisations. You'll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and stakeholder engagement through to negotiation and close, working alongside technical teams to deliver market-leading managed security solutions.
What You'll Be Doing
- Driving outbound business development activity and building a high-value sales pipeline.
- Identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities.
- Selling managed security services including MDR, SOC, XDR, vulnerability management, cloud security, and consulting services.
- Engaging C-level and senior stakeholders across prospective customers.
- Managing the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through to signature.
- Developing long-term client relationships that create recurring revenue and account growth opportunities.

Requirements
- Cyber security sales experience is essential
- To be considered, you must have a proven track record in a sales role within a cyber security business, MSSP, MSP, cyber consultancy, or security vendor environment.
- This role is not suitable for candidates from general IT, software, telecoms, or technology sales backgrounds without cyber security experience.
You'll Likely Have
- Experience selling cyber security services or solutions - ESSENTIAL.
- Previous success within an MSSP, MSP, cyber consultancy, or cyber vendor.
- A strong new business and pipeline-generation mindset.
- Experience managing complex B2B sales cycles.
- The ability to build credibility with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A consistent record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
