Looking for more than just another sales job?
If you're someone with at least a year's sales experience and you're looking for a business where you can genuinely develop, be supported and build a long-term career, we'd love to hear from you.
At Matter, we're not your typical sales outsourcing business. We partner with clients across a range of industries including SaaS, Renewable Energy, Solar, Automotive, Construction, Gas, Education and Networking Solutions, helping them generate high-quality sales opportunities.
Every campaign is different, meaning no two days are ever the same.
We're a growing business that's recently received investment and has developed our own SaaS product, making it an exciting time to join us as we continue to expand.
Sales Isn't Just About Making Cold Calls Anymore.
Yes, outbound calling is part of the role, but it's only one piece of the puzzle.
We've developed our own sales methodology, Sales 4.0, which combines traditional prospecting with modern social selling techniques. Alongside the phone, you'll use LinkedIn, email, personalised video and voice messages to engage decision-makers and build meaningful conversations.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
