Every parcel, every person, every place – every delivery made for you.

Evri Group is the UK’s premier parcel delivery business, uniting four distinct brands—Evri, Evri Premium, a network of DHL, UK Mail and Irish e-commerce specialist Coll-8—to deliver more than 1 billion parcels and letters annually across the UK and to over 200 global destinations. With 12,000 colleagues, 30,000 couriers and drivers, 8,000 vehicles, and a nationwide network of hubs, depots and fulfilment centres, we combine over 50 years of expertise with the scale and flexibility to support everyone from casual senders to SMEs and major retailers. Driven by our friendly, ambitious and diverse people, we are passionate about delivering exceptional service and offer exciting opportunities across the Evri Group.

Join the fast-growing Evri Parcel Shop team as a Business Development Executive and play a key role in expanding and strengthening our network across Northampton, Cambridge and Peterborough.

In this agile, fast-paced role, you’ll have the autonomy to manage your territory commercially and creatively, building strong relationships with retailer partners while driving service excellence, performance improvement and network growth. You’ll be responsible for recruiting new Parcel shop locations, supporting existing retailers to deliver outstanding customer experience, and helping to ensure every Parcel shop operates safely, efficiently and in line with company standards.

This is a field-based role where travel is required daily across your territory (Northampton, Cambridge and Peterborough), occasionally to other areas of the UK if needed. The ideal candidate will be geographically located within these locations e.g. Bedford, etc.

You will be provided a competitive salary plus car allowance and benefits.

What You’ll Do

You’ll manage a defined Parcel Shop territory, identifying opportunities to grow coverage, support retailer performance and improve service quality. You’ll work closely with local retailers and internal stakeholders to drive commercial success and deliver a consistent customer experience.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
