Job Title

This is a fully remote, fully flexible job where lead generation & cold outreach are fundamental skills. Commission only, with monthly bonuses and incentives.

Role Description

This full-time remote Business Development Executive role is responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities. Day-to-day activities include researching target markets, generating and qualifying leads, conducting outreach via calls, emails, and virtual meetings, and presenting solutions that align with client needs. The role involves managing and growing assigned accounts, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing satisfaction. The Business Development Executive will track performance metrics, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, and provide regular updates on pipeline status and market trends.

  • Demonstrated skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with experience building and managing a sales pipeline.
  • Strong business acumen, including the ability to understand client needs and translate them into effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present and negotiate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven account management skills, including maintaining relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Experience working in a remote, results-driven environment, with strong self-management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and common business productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, video conferencing).
  • No experience needed, just a strong determination and attitude to help succeed in sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Prior experience in B2B sales or business development is preferred; familiarity with long sales cycles is beneficial.
