Role Description
The Business Development Executive is a full-time remote role responsible for identifying, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities for Haolaq Cognizant. This role involves researching target markets, creating prospect lists, and conducting outreach through calls, emails, and virtual meetings to generate qualified leads. The Business Development Executive will nurture relationships with potential clients, prepare proposals, support contract negotiations, and collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs.
Day-to-day tasks include:
- Managing a sales pipeline
- Updating CRM records
- Tracking performance metrics
- Providing regular reports on business development activities
The role also requires close coordination with account management and marketing teams to ensure a consistent client experience and effective go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with experience identifying and converting prospects into qualified opportunities.
- Strong Business acumen, including understanding of market trends, client needs, and value-based solution selling.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, virtual presentation abilities, and active listening.
- Experience in Account Management, with the ability to build long-term client relationships and support ongoing client satisfaction.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and productivity software (e.g., Salesforce or similar, spreadsheets, presentation tools).
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet targets and deadlines.
- Previous experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in technology or professional services, is beneficial.
