Role Description:

The Business Development Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Islāmābād, Pakistan. In this role, the team member will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads, and develop relationships with prospective and existing clients. The Business Development Executive will also support account management activities, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports on sales progress and business growth initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Business strategy to drive growth and expand market presence.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation and prospecting to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to present solutions, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Candidates should possess Account Management skills to nurture relationships, ensure client satisfaction, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Relevant experience in B2B technology, SaaS, or consulting environments is beneficial.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with comfort working with data and performance metrics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain professional conduct in client-facing situations.
