Role Description
This is a full-time Business Development Executive role based in Milton Keynes, offered on a hybrid working model that allows some work from home. The Business Development Executive will:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline
- Conduct proactive lead generation activities through calls, emails, networking, and online research
- Manage client accounts
- Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations
- Collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with client needs

The person in this role will:
- Track sales performance
- Provide regular reports and forecasts
- Contribute to the development of business strategies and market expansion plans
Qualifications
- Strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills, with experience building and managing a sales pipeline
- Solid understanding of Business principles and Account Management to maintain and grow client relationships
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and confident presentation abilities
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and work with CRM or sales tracking tools
- Relevant experience in IT services or technology solutions is highly beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work both independently and in a team
