At Oaklands College, we're offering an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and motivated individual to join our Business Development Team as an Apprentice Business Development Executive whilst studying towards a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship. This role provides a structured career pathway into business development, employer account management and the wider skills and education sector.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting employer and apprentice onboarding activities
- Building relationships with employers and stakeholders
- Assisting with business development and lead generation activities
- Maintaining records and tracking activity using CRM systems
- Coordinating documentation and compliance processes
- Supporting employer engagement events and networking opportunities
- Delivering excellent customer service to employers and learners alike
