Your Responsibilities
Your mission will be to drive revenue by selling delegate passes to senior professionals attending our international conferences.
- Drive new business: Proactively reach out to prospective delegates and convert them into paying attendees.
- Own your targets: Take responsibility for ambitious monthly revenue goals and work towards exceeding them.
- Execute high-volume outreach: Make 50+ calls per day, generating qualified sales opportunities and proposals.
- Manage your pipeline: Own prospects from first conversation through follow-up, proposal and close.
- Become an expert: Build a strong understanding of our conferences, audiences and industries so you can sell with confidence.
What We Expect From You
Most importantly, you want to sell. You enjoy speaking with people, working towards ambitious targets and the feeling of turning an opportunity into a closed deal.
We’re looking for someone who has:
- At least 1 year of B2B sales experience, ideally involving outbound prospecting, new business or a high-volume sales environment.
- Drive & ambition: You are highly motivated, competitive and want to perform at a high level.
- Commercial mindset: You are energized by targets, revenue and the opportunity to directly influence your earnings.
- Resilience: You are comfortable with outbound activity and have the persistence to keep going when you hear "no".
- Strong communication skills: You are confident speaking with new people and can build rapport quickly.
- Ownership: You take responsibility for your targets, pipeline and follow-ups.
- Growth mindset: You actively seek feedback and continuously look for ways to improve.

Start date: As soon as possible.
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, we work from our WeWork office in Victoria, London. Due to the collaborative nature of our work, we do not offer remote work.
