Business Development Executive Opportunity
Do you want to use your business development and marketing experience to make an impact in a varied Business Development Executive position which offers hybrid working, and the chance to work for an ambitious firm that prides itself on its flexible and people-first-focused culture?
Our client, an award-winning, top UK law firm, has an exciting Business Development Executive opportunity that's opened up in their collaborative and dynamic BD and marketing team, where no two days will be the same and you will get involved in marketing campaigns, creating pitches and presentations, and supporting events amongst other BD initiatives. Your role will be integral to winning new work for fee earners, and building and strengthening client relationships - ultimately playing a very important part in the future growth of the firm. Your role will see you work closely with partners and fee earners, as well as collaboratively with your colleagues in the wider marketing team.

Role Responsibilities
As Business Development Executive, your new role will involve:
- Creating pitches, proposals, and presentations to win new clients
- Developing marketing collateral, website content, and thought leadership material
- Identifying trends and opportunities through market research
- Supporting in the planning and delivery of events and marketing campaigns
- Producing reporting and analyzing data - looking at performance of activity and areas of improvement
- Managing the CRM, pitch library, and other BD resources
Requirements
I am interested in speaking with candidates who specifically have experience working as a Business Development Executive; BD Executive; Business Development Assistant, Coordinator; Marketing Executive; Marketing Assistant; Marketing Officer; or Marketing Coordinator within a professional services firm - ideally within the legal sector but not essential.

Salary and Benefits
- Salary: £37,000 to £39,000 p.a. (depending on experience).
- Benefits: hybrid working, life assurance, private healthcare, Group Income Protection, your birthday off (if it falls on a working day), charity day to use each year, Employee Assistance Programme, and company social events.
The company's stunning offices offer free parking (limited on-site on a first-come, first-served basis or) close by to the offices, however if you are traveling by public transport they are only a short 10-15 minutes walk from the nearest train station.
