About You
We are seeking an energetic, confident, and results-driven Field Business Development Executive to join our UK Sales Team and to be assigned in the Birmingham area. This is a field sales role focused on generating new business opportunities, meeting clients face-to-face, conducting product demonstrations, and closing deals directly with business owners.
You will be responsible for identifying and approaching restaurants, cafés, retail stores, and other businesses that can benefit from Kayana’s ordering and payment solutions. The ideal candidate is commercially driven, highly proactive, and comfortable spending the majority of their time in the field building relationships and driving revenue growth.

A valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field sales activities across assigned territories within the Birmingham area.
- Visit potential customers including restaurants, cafés, takeaways, retail stores, and hospitality businesses to introduce Kayana’s solutions.
- Generate new business through cold visits, networking, referrals, and outbound prospecting.
- Conduct product presentations and live demonstrations of Kayana’s ordering and payment solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to closing and onboarding handover.
- Prepare and share quotations/proposals and negotiate commercial terms within approved guidelines.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity updates within the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, KPIs, and activity metrics.
- Stay informed on competitor offerings and market trends to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and ongoing satisfaction.

What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in outdoor sales, field sales, or business development.
- Previous experience in POS systems, payments, SaaS, hospitality, telecom, or technology sales is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Confident approaching and engaging potential customers face-to-face.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and highly target-driven.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment.
- Experience using CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
- Valid UK driving licence is mandatory.

Starting salary at GBP 25,000 per annum plus commission
