Business Development Executive @ Tes

📍Sheffield (Hybrid, 3 days a week in office, 2 days from home)
💰 Up to £38,000 base salary + £30,000 uncapped commission

As we continue to grow, we're looking for ambitious, commercially minded Business Development Executives to join our Sheffield Team.

The opportunity

This is a consultative sales role where you'll engage with school leaders, trusts and education decision-makers, helping them discover solutions that make their schools more effective, efficient and successful.

You'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships and managing opportunities through the full sales cycle, from initial outreach and discovery through to negotiation and close.

What we're looking for

We're looking for exceptional sales professionals who know how to create opportunities, uncover needs and deliver value.

You may already have experience in SaaS, technology, recruitment, media, professional services or another consultative B2B sales environment.

You'll likely bring:
