About the Role
Are you looking for a dynamic opportunity with a fast-growing, ASX-listed, global AI company? AI-Media (ASX:AIM) is currently looking for a Business Development Executive – EMEA to join our high-performing Sales team and help drive our continued growth across the EMEA region.
Reporting to the VP – EMEA, this role is responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships and supporting the growth of AI-Media's enterprise customer base across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Working across industries including broadcast, enterprise, government and education, you'll help organisations improve how they create, distribute and make content accessible through AI-powered captioning, transcription and translation solutions.
As the Business Development Executive – EMEA, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing customer relationships and delivering consultative sales solutions that create measurable value for customers. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Service, Technology and Finance teams, you'll contribute to AI-Media's continued commercial success while delivering an outstanding customer experience. This role can be performed remotely.

In this role, you’ll:
- Build and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities across the EMEA region.
- Identify, qualify and engage prospective customers through outbound business development activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing enterprise customers.
- Manage inbound sales enquiries and convert opportunities into new business.
- Conduct customer discovery meetings to understand business requirements and recommend appropriate AI-Media solutions.
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations and technical presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for bespoke customer requirements.
- Ensure successful onboarding of new customers and support existing customers adopting additional AI-Media products.
- Represent AI-Media at customer meetings, conferences and industry events.
- Gather customer and market insights to support product development and commercial strategy.
- Maintain accurate opportunity tracking, forecasting and reporting using HubSpot, Airtable and other business systems.
- Collaborate with the EMEA Service Team to ensure exceptional customer outcomes.
- Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing sales culture while consistently achieving revenue and sales targets.
About You
You'll bring:
- 2+ years' experience in B2B business development, enterprise technology, SaaS or solution sales.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities.
- Experience managing customer relationships across the full sales cycle.
- Experience supporting customer onboarding and solution implementation.
- Exposure to cloud-based SaaS solutions and AI technologies.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams, Airtable and HubSpot.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Experience delivering product demonstrations and presenting technology solutions to customers.
- The ability to understand and communicate software, cloud, AI-powered workflow or media technology solutions.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product, Service, Marketing and Technology.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or similar to manage pipeline and sales activities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across a dynamic sales environment.
- A customer-first mindset with high levels of professionalism, integrity and accountability.
- Curiosity, resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving technology environment.
- A collaborative approach and passion for delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

Desirable Skills
- Experience selling accessibility, captioning, transcription, translation or AI-powered language solutions.
- Knowledge of broadcast, enterprise technology, professional AV or media technology industries.
- Experience working with enterprise customers across the EMEA region.
